Amadeus CFDT guarantees the employees collective expression and ensures their interests are always considered in decisions relating to the management and the economic and financial development of the company (Economic Commission, CSE, European Works Council).
Strong in legal expertise, the CFDT Amadeus team, supported by a network of experts (employee advisers and advocates, lawyers and legal counsellor), systematically provides opinions and advice to employees.
Through the Social Work association as well as the CSE, CSSCT and Wellbeing groups, the Amadeus CFDT provides support for your daily concerns: disability, loans, psychological support and more. Amadeus CFDT can support you and help find a solution.
The prevention of psychosocial distress is at the core of the Amadeus CFDT concerns. Committed in resolving collective or individual issues, we help you find the right support.
Amadeus CFDT actively participates in the Social and Cultural activities of the CSE, such as Ticketing, Vacations, Children activities, Clubs, Events. Open to all employees, services are available in French / English, On / Off site and for individual / collective use.
Amadeus CFDT actively participates to all collective bargaining discussions between employers and the employee representatives (trade unions). The aim: agreements to regulate salaries, work conditions, benefits and other aspects of workers' compensation and rights.
Our team members are involved in the various employee representatives (IRP): Social and Economic Committee, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee, European Works Council, etc…
