Summary of CSE meetings held on 27th of January and 24th of February

Important information:

  • Amadeus Management informs and consults the CSE on the project to implement, by default, 5 days of paid leave in Workday for all employees. This update will be implemented in June and aims to allow a more responsible management of the office buildings that will be closed this year on the following dates: August 15th bridge and the days between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
    The Management confirms that any employee will be allowed to cancel this paid leave if she/he wishes so. In that case, these days will be performed and considered as  teleworking. 
    13 of the 29 members present (6 CFDT, 3 CFE-CGC, 4 CFTC, 0 CGT) voted the project, as follows:

News from the Secretary:

  • The closing of CSE 2022 accounts is in progress. Here are some figures at the end of 2022:
  • Holiday activities:
    • The reception at the end of the renovation of the new apartment in La Foux d’Allos has been made, it will soon be added to the rental offer (certainly for the spring holidays).
    • Opening of the holiday vouchers campaign and cultural vouchers until August 31. 
  • Children’s activities:
  • Events:
    • Pierre et le Loup, April 23rd: Privatization of a room in Cannes La Bocca. Event featuring the National Orchestra of Cannes, ideal for introducing the youngest to the orchestra’s instruments. Limited places (250)  
    • Vogalonga, May 26th to 29th in Venice, Do not hesitate to register early to be able to have two boats.
  • Clubs:
    • Resumption of the Oenology Club, in Villeneuve Loubet on March 16th, on invoice reimbursement. 
    • Club Flamenco will also be resuming soon.
  • Other benefits:

Amadeus Athlectic Association – AAA: like every year, it organizes its football tournament on June 10, 2023.
