
Newsletter #146 – Negotiation – Why CFDT
A very busy end of the year for your representatives with all the ongoing and upcoming negotiations.
The entire CFDT team remains committed through the end of the year, and starting back on Monday, January 5, it will resume work on the following topics:
- Finalization of negotiations on the Collective Mutual Agreement Termination (RCC)
- Monitoring of the two ongoing expert assessments regarding the impacts of reorganizations:
- Consequences on working conditions following the elimination of 46 positions in France. The findings will be presented at the extraordinary CSE meeting on January 7.
- Consequences on working conditions following the elimination of 414 contractor positions in France. The findings will likely be presented during the February CSE meeting.
- Mandatory Annual Negotiations – NAO
Upcoming negotiations during the year include agreements on:
- Workforce and Career Path Management and Job Diversity (GEPPMM)
- Teleworking
- Professional Equality (Women/Men)
And of course, continuing to keep you informed through newsletters, listening to you, and providing individual support if needed. You are not alone.
