Targeted voluntary departure plan
+ 414 consultant positions reduced

  • The Group’s management has identified 46 positions in France that it intends to eliminate or relocate to regional hubs (Warsaw and Barcelona for Europe).
  • The management of Amadeus France has confirmed the departure of 414 consultants, including 78 CBS (Capacity Based) / DBS (Delivery Based) and 336 consultants currently in our teams.
    • 52 already left end of  October,
    • 362 are expected to leave by mid 2026.

Given the experience of previous departures and their impact on working conditions during the 2020–2022 period, the Works Council (CSE) has commissioned the firm Technologia to carry out assessments of these projects and their effect on the workload of employees who remain in the teams.

Negotiations : Dates to remember

Collective Bargained Termination – RCC

Negotiations opened on November 14. During this first meeting, management defined:

    • The meeting schedule: one meeting per week until December 19.
    • Their proposals, based on the same three voluntary pathways as the 2020 RCC, with some adjustments.

Upcoming meetings in November: Thursday 20 and Wednesday 26.

Teleworking

Negotiations opened on September 25. French management confirmed its intention to follow Group guidelines, which are:

    • Maximum 50% teleworking per month.
    • Mandatory 2 days on-site per week.
    • 30 days of “workation” abroad and in France (specific to France).

Topics proposed by management for negotiation include:

    • Defining the concept of “commuting distance” in the context of full teleworking, as well as determining the revocation period for current employees who do not meet this criterion.
    • Analysis of special cases.
    • Setting the duration for which the agreement will remain in effect.

Next meeting: Thursday, November 27.

The CFDT requested additional information, as in previous negotiations, including details regarding transportation allowances, which are closely related to the topic.

Jobs and Career Path Management and Job Diversity – GEPPMM

GEPPMM is governed by French legislation and aims to:

  • Anticipate changes in jobs and skills
  • Secure career paths
  • Strengthen the company’s attractiveness and competitiveness
  • Address Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) challenges

In 2022, negotiations did not succeed. Management is required to resume discussions three years later, on Thursday, November 27, 2025. This first meeting will establish the schedule and the mandatory topics to be addressed.

The CFDT will keep you informed of progress on this negotiation.

Gender Equality Between Women and Men

The agreement on gender equality between women and men is coming to an end, and management has a legal obligation to initiate new negotiations.

These negotiations, aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, are often combined with those on Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT).

On Friday, December 12, management proposes to the trade unions to sign an amendment extending the current agreement by one year in order to open new negotiations in 2026.

La CFDT déplore le maintien des écarts de rémunération malgré les accords depuis 2011, mais signera la prolongation tout en continuant d’aborder ce sujet lors de la négociation GEPPMM.

Mandatory Annual Negotiations – NAO 2026

On Wednesday, December 17, as in previous years, the first meeting will be held to define:

  • The negotiation topics
  • The meeting schedule
  • The delivery of documents
  • The composition of the trade unions

September and October (postponed November 7th and 12th) CSE in brief

What happened at the last three CSE 2025 meetings on September 25, November 7 and 12 (the end of october CSE was postponed).

Health & Security
  • The Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission (CSSCT) carried out an inspection of the restaurant in Sophia on September 23 and held a meeting in Nice on September 25. Both reports were presented to the elected representatives during the CSE meeting on November 12. An extraordinary meeting was held on November 14. The next regular meeting is scheduled for December 18.
Social & Economics
  • Outpayce: Management is presenting a minor reorganization at Outpayce, focused on team restructuring. The goal is to align Outpayce with Amadeus’ operating model by creating dedicated units for customer relations, regulatory functions (FinOps/FinCrime), and partnerships. This development is part of the entity’s growth strategy, reinforced by the acquisition of Voxel and the granting of an electronic money license. The Works Council (CSE) will be consulted if there is a significant impact in France, and P&C People Partners will play a key role in communicating these projects. Finally, employees’ contractual situations vary by country, with the majority under Amadeus contracts in France.
  • Psychosocial Risk Alert – RPS for a Team An investigation committee was launched at the request of the CSE to assess working conditions and the mental health of employees in this team. Eight interviews were conducted with employees in Paris and Sophia, supported by an APAVE consultant specialized in occupational health. The investigation report has been finalized and its quality was praised. Employees have been informed. The conclusions were shared with management, and an action plan was implemented. This plan was presented during the extraordinary CSSCT meeting on November 14 and will be subject to dedicated follow-up.
  • The Works Council (CSE) issued a joint unfavorable opinion during the September 26 meeting for the following two mandatory consultations:
    • The company’s economic and financial situation for 2024 and the 2025 forecast
    • The company’s social policy, working conditions, and employment for 2024

Despite record financial results, employee profit-sharing is penalized by the IP Box tax regime. Pay inequalities persist based on gender, location, and job roles. The elected representatives warn about risks related to workforce adjustments and the questioning of remote work. They call for a fairer distribution of profits and greater recognition of employees.

The representatives have made several requests, including opening negotiations to offset the impact of the IP Box on employee profit-sharing. They also ask for explanations regarding gender pay gaps, career stagnation, and a thorough assessment before negotiations on Jobs and Career Path Management and Job Diversity (GEPPMM).

Social & Cultural Activities (ASC)

At the end of September, the CSE treasurer presented the mid-year 2025 report on Social and Cultural Activities (ASC).

Employees’ rights

The Works Council (CSE) issued an unfavorable opinion during the September 26 meeting regarding the revision of the Internal Regulation (RI). This document and its opinion were sent to the labor inspectorate but have been implemented.

Management wants to transfer the management of the Bel Air sports facilities from AAA to the CSE. This will be put to a vote at the next CSE meeting.
